Insured Worldwide Shipping

Standard Insured Worldwide shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. These range from $3.95 - $9.95 dependant upon the size and weight of your order. 

Free Worldwide Shipping

Spend $29 or more online and you can enjoy free insured worldwide shipping.

Shipping Times

Orders are fulfilled by our international suppliers within 1-5 days. Customers will receive confirmation by email with tracking information.

Orders are typically delivered 21 - 30 working days from date of dispatch. However, it can take up to 45 days dependant on local Customs clearance times.

Shipping worldwide is not without it's complications and we strive to get all orders delivered asap. In order to achieve this orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in instalments from different fulfilment centres. We will provide shipping and tracking information for each parcel.

Typical delivery times are 21-30 days - but these vary according to the destination, available couriers and seasonal customs volumes.

If your order has not arrived within 45 days please contact us using the form below or at orders@oceanhelper.com and we will do our best to track it down. If we are unable to track the order we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. (Subject to terms and conditions

Shipping Insurance Conditions

  • Where available items are sent with door to door tracking (not available to some minor countries).
  • Orders can be tracked here.  Please note it can take 5-10 business days for tracking information to update from initial fulfilment date and during customs clearance.
  • If delivery is not confirmed by the shipping company within 60 days of ordering we will either resend or refund your order.
  • Insurance is not valid where the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address. The shipping address cannot be amended after processing and undelivered orders are not returned to us by the shippers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing the order.
  • Insurance is not valid where the item had been deemed to be delivered by the shipping company. Please contact your local depot in these circumstances.
  • To make a claim for a refund or replacement please contact us to request a claim form.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the claim being accepted and the customer will receive a confirmation email. Please allow a further 7-10 days for the payment processor to credit your account.
